摘要
抗苗勒氏管激素(Anti-Mullerian hormone,AMH)参考值是评估女性卵巢功能的重要参考依据.为探究中国25~35岁健康女性血清AMH参考值的空间分布规律,收集了全国62个市(县)28402例25~35岁健康女性血清AMH参考值数据,对数据进行空间自相关分析与双变量相关分析,找出相关地理影响因子.运用岭回归分析法建立预测模型,并采用地统计方法得出血清AMH参考值的空间分布图.发现25~35岁健康女性血清AMH参考值,在空间上呈现东南部沿海地区及东北部平原地区较低,青海和西藏较高的分布趋势,在临床诊断中应考虑其差异.
The anti-Mullerian hormone reference value is an important reference for assessing female ovarian function.In order to find the spatial distribution of serum anti-Mullerian hormone reference value in healthy women aged 25~35 years old in China,data on serum anti-Mullerian hormones of 28402 healthy women aged 25~35 years old in 62 cities and counties were collected.Spatial autocorrelation analysis and correlation analysis were used to identify the relevant geographic impact factors.The ridge regression analysis was used to establish the prediction model,and the spatial distribution map of the reference value of serum anti-Mullerian hormone was obtained by geostatistical method.It was found that the reference value of serum anti-Mullerian hormone in healthy women aged 25~35 years old is spatially lower in the coastal areas of southeastern China and the plains in the northeast,and the distribution values in Qinghai and Tibet are higher.The difference should be taken into account in clinical diagnosis.
