摘要
基于多巴胺和金属离子Fe^3+对棉织物进行表面改性,采用浸渍法和单因素试验优化改性条件,制备超疏水棉织物Fe^3+@PDA@ODA@cotton。超疏水棉织物具有优异的疏水特性(静态水接触角151°-162.1°)及高效的油水分离效果。同时,改性棉织物显示出较好的耐久性,经过多次洗涤和耐酸碱性测试后仍保持良好的疏水特性。
Based on dopamine and metal ion Fe^3+ the surface of cotton fabric is modified by impregnation.Single factor experiment is used to optimize the modification conditions,and the super-hydrophobic cotton fabric Fe^3+@PDA@ODA@cotton is prepared.Super-hydrophobic cotton fabric has excellent hydrophobic properties(static water contact angle 151°~162.1°)and high efficient oil-water separation effect.At the same time,the modified cotton fabric shows good durability,and it still has good hydrophobic properties after several times of washing and acid and alkali resista nee test.
