摘要
厂区蒸汽流量的控制受温度、压力波动的影响,经常出现精确度的偏差问题。本文从系统控制原理入手,以横河CENTUM CS3000系统为例,对应用DCS系统模块实现流量测量温压补偿的原理及具体应用进行分析。事实证明,结合横河CENTUM CS3000系统,通过运算模块支持流量测量温压补偿方法可快捷、精准地获得温度、压力补偿,实现安全联锁控制的目标。
Deviation of accuracy is always occurred in control of steam flow as affected by temperature and pressure fluctuation.Starting with control principle of system and taking the example of YOKOGAWA CENTUM CS3000 system,the paper analyzes the principles and application of flow measurement temperature pressure compensation by applying DCS system module.It is proved that temperature and pressure compensation can be realized rapidly and accurately by combining with YOKOGAWA CENTUM CS3000 system to achieve that purpose of safety interlock control.
