酒钢蒸汽和热水计量温度、压力补偿的数学模型研究

摘要 测量不同的流体介质,其温度、压力补偿公式是有差异的。本文针对酒钢蒸汽和热水的流量计量,对其温度、压力补偿进行了分析。酒钢数据采集系统及数据集成的应用,实现了带温、压补偿的流量检测系统的计算机辅助分析和计算,进一步消除了系统误差,从而将计量精度提高到一个新水平。 The compensation formulas of temperature and pressure are different for measuring different fluid media.In this paper,the temperature and pressure compensation of steam and hot water flow measurement in JISCO is analyzed.The application of JISCO data acquisition system and data integration has realized the computer-aided analysis and calculation of the flow detection system with temperature and pressure compensation,which further eliminated the system error and improved the measurement accuracy to a new level.
