摘要
糖尿病患者终身需要进行疾病的自我管理,因此会有糖尿病相关心理痛苦,而糖尿病相关心理痛苦对1型糖尿病患者的胰岛素正确注射、血糖控制和疾病自我管理又有着负性影响。本文在描述青少年1型糖尿病患者糖尿病相关心理痛苦现状的基础上,综述了该类群体相关心理痛苦的影响因素、评估工具、干预措施,为青少年1型糖尿病患者的糖尿病相关心理痛苦研究提供参考。
Diabetes patients need lifelong disease self-management,therefore they are with diabetes-related distress.Diabetes-related distress has negative influence on the correct insulin injection,glucose control and disease self-management of type 1 diabetes patients.On the basis of describing the current situation of diabetes-related distress in adolescents with type 1 diabetes,this paper reviewed the influencing factors,assessment tools,intervention of diabetes related distress so as to provide a basis for study on diabetes related distress in adolescents with type 1 diabetes.
