摘要
采用竹笋壳粉与壳聚糖复合制备一种复合材料吸附剂,利用电镜扫描(SEM)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及热重(TG)对吸附剂进行表征.考察了壳聚糖/竹笋壳粉质量比、溶液pH值、吸附剂用量和吸附时间的影响.结果表明,壳聚糖/竹笋壳粉质量比为1∶16,溶液pH值为5,吸附剂用量为0.3g,吸附时间为120min时,复合材料对苋菜红的吸附达到最佳条件.吸附遵循准二级动力学方程和Langmuir方程,吸附剂经6次的重复使用,对苋菜红去除率仍有71.6%.
The composite adsorbents were prepared by combining the bamboo shoot hull powder and chitosan.The adsorbents were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),Fourier transform infrared(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD)and thermogravimetric(TG). The effects of mass ratios of chitosan/bamboo shoot hull powder,solution Ph,adsorbent dosage and adsorption time were investigated. The results showed that optimal adsorption conditions of the composite materials for amaranth could be achieved when mass ratios of chitosan/bamboo shoot hull powder was 1:16,the solution p H was 5,adsorbent dosage was 0.3 g,and adsorption time was 120 min. The adsorption followed pseudo second order kinetics equation and Langmuir equation. After be recycled six times,the removal rate of amaranth was still up to 71.6%.
