马铃薯渣制备纤维PAF对含阳离子红染料废水的处理研究 被引量:8

摘要 研究了马铃薯渣制备的活性纤维(PAF)在染料废水中对阳离子红的静态吸附和动态吸附以及PAF的用量、吸附温度、时间等因素对其吸附能力的影响.结果表明,在实验条件下,温度、浓度、吸附时间及PAF的用量是影响吸附脱色的主要因素;PAF对阳离子红染料分子的静态吸附量Q为11.10 mg/g;动态吸附的吸附量比同时间下的静态吸附量要大,采用PAF装柱法有望进行该废水的处理. The removal of Cationic red X-FRL dye from aqueous solution was investigated using Potato Active Fiber (PAF) as an dynamic and static adsorbent which is made by wastes starch being taken from potato. The parameters studied in batch experiments were the effect of contact time, temperatures, adsorbate concentration and amount of PAF. Equilibrium adsorption data were obtained at different temperature, i.e. 16-60℃, and with amount of adsorbent to the following quality: 0.5-3.0g. The resulting experimental static absorbing amount Q data of Cationic red X-FRL dyestuffs molecule by PAF were 11.10mg/g. It was found that the dynamic adsorption was the higher the adsorption than the static adsorption at same time. The adsorption capacity decreased with temperature and Dyeing Wastewater of containing Cationic red X-FRL may were treated by post of packed PAF.
