摘要
伴随高职扩招100万,高职院校的规模越来越大,青年教师的数量也越来越多,青年教师的成长发展,直接关系着高职教育的发展质量。高职院校青年教师目前面临着职业成长定位不清晰、成长路径较为单一、专业实践能力和教学实践能力较为薄弱等现实困境。在现实困境的基础上,探索工匠精神助推高职院校青年教师成长发展的逻辑,以及通过建构职业信仰,激发专业发展动力;精益求精,提升教育教学水平;团队协同,构筑青年教师成长共同体;推行校企共育平台,拓宽职业成长途径等手段促进高职院校青年教师成长发展,助力新时代职业教育实现高质量发展。
With the expansion of one million higher vocational college students,the scale of higher vocational education is getting larger and larger,and the number of young teachers is increasing.The growth and development of young teachers is directly related to the development quality of higher vocational education.At present,young teachers in higher vocational colleges are faced with some practical difficulties,such as unclear career growth orientation,single growth path,weak professional practice ability and so on On the basis of practical difficulties analysis,the paper explores the logic of the craftsmanship spirit to promote the growth and development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and through the construction of professional beliefs to stimulate the momentum of professional development,strive for perfection to improve the level of education and teaching,team cooperation to build a community for the growth of young teachers;pursue the platform of school enterprise co-education to broaden the path of professional growth and other means to promote the growth and development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges so as to improve the quality of higher vocational education in new era.
