摘要
目的研究营养知识-态度-行为对于青年头颈肿瘤患者的作用与效果。方法纳入南宁市中某一三甲医院收治的118例青年头颈肿瘤病例,纳入时间为2017年8月-2018年8月,借助消化道肿瘤营养知识问卷,对所有患者的营养知识-态度-行为情况进行分析与研究,观察比较其结果。结果所有患者的肿瘤营养知识、态度、行为间呈现出正相关性,进行对比具有十分显著的差异性(P<0.05)。结论对于青年肿瘤患者而言,其大多都存在比较突出的心理问题。所以,医护人员在进行营养教育和干预时,应针对文化程度较低及家庭收入较低的患者来加强教育,并联合科学的心理护理,才能够促进患者的营养知识向正确的饮食行为转变。
Objective To study the effects of nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior on young patients with head and neck tumors. Methods 118 cases of head and neck tumors in young people admitted to a thirdgrade grade a hospital in Nanning city were included from August 2017 to August 2018. The nutrition knowledge, attitude and behavior of all patients were analyzed and studied with the help of digestive tract cancer nutrition knowledge questionnaire, and the results were observed and compared. Results There was a positive correlation among nutritional knowledge, attitude and behavior of all patients, and there was a very significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion For young cancer patients, most of them have prominent psychological problems. Therefore, when carrying out nutrition education and intervention, medical staff should strengthen education for patients with lower education level and family income, and combine scientific psychological care, so as to promote the transformation of patients’ nutrition knowledge to correct eating behavior.
