摘要
目的观察多库酯钠与莫沙比利对老年性便秘患者的联合治疗效果。方法用"双色球分配法"将医院98例老年性便秘患者分配至对照组和观察组两个组别,每组49例,其中对照组给予多库酯钠片进行治疗,观察组给予多库酯钠片+莫沙比利片进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗2周后的大便性状、排便次数及临床疗效。结果观察组患者治疗2周后其大便为IV-VI型的概率明显高于对照组,排便次数恢复正常(1次/2天或1次/天)的概率比对照组高,临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将多库酯钠与莫沙比利联合起来应用至老年性便秘患者可获得更为明显的治疗效果,有助于改善患者的临床症状。
Objective To observe the combined effect of sodium dokulate and mosapride in the treatment of senile constipation. Methods 98 cases of senile constipation in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by "two-color ball distribution method", 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium dokulate tablets, while the observation group was treated with sodium dokulate tablets + mosapride tablets. The stool characteristics, defecation frequency and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the probability of IV-VI type stool in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The probability of normal defecation frequency(1/2 day or 1/day) was higher than that in the control group, and the total clinical effective rate was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of sodium dokulate and Mosapride can achieve more obvious therapeutic effect in elderly patients with constipation, which is helpful to improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
