摘要
目的研究分析慢性胃炎患者接受雷贝拉唑联用莫沙比利治疗的效果。方法根据2016年2月—2017年5月我院的140例慢性胃炎患者进行分析研究,将患者分成了实验组和对照组。对两组的治疗情况进行对比分析。结果实验组的临床治疗总有效率94.29%,高于对照组的80.00%(P <0.05);实验组的HP清除率95.71%,高于对照组的77.14%(P <0.05)。结论临床中对慢性胃炎的治疗还是需要通过将幽门螺杆菌清除。雷贝拉唑通过非酶代谢途径灭活,速度快,短时间就能够发挥效果。慢性胃炎患者接受雷贝拉唑联用莫沙比利治疗的效果突出。
Objective To study and analyze the effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic gastritis.Methods 140 patients with chronic gastritis in our hospital from February 2016 to May 2017 were analyzed and studied.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The treatment of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the experimental group was 94.29%,higher than 80.00% in the control group (P < 0.05),and the HP clearance rate in the experimental group was 95.71%,higher than 77.14% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Helicobacter pylori eradication is still necessary for the treatment of chronic gastritis in clinic.Rabeprazole is inactivated by nonenzymatic metabolic pathway,which is fast and effective in a short time.The effect of rabeprazole combined with mosapride in the treatment of chronic gastritis is outstanding.
