摘要
研制开发了一种深海高温、高静水压力环境下使用的重防腐涂料。通过试验确定添加非浮型铝粉对漆膜性能的影响、固化剂的筛选,综合考虑漆膜的物理机械性能、耐高温高压性能等多方面的因素,确定了深海耐温耐压涂料的配方;在实验室使用高温高压腐蚀试验釜模拟深海腐蚀环境,重点对涂料的耐温耐压性能进行了测试,结果表明,均达到了标准中技术指标的要求。可作为深海环境下各种设备设施的防腐蚀涂料,提供长效的防护。
A heavy-duty anticorrosive coating for deep-sea high temperature and high hydrostatic pressure was developed.Through the screening of non-floating aluminum powder and curing agent,comprehensive consideration of the physical and mechanical properties of the film,high temperature and pressure resistance,and other factors,the formula of deep-sea temperature and pressure resistant coatings were determined.A high temperature and high pressure corrosion test kettle was used in Lab to simulate the deep-sea corrosive environment for the testing of the temperature and pressure resistance of the coatings.The results showed that these properties met the technical specifications in the standard.The prepared coatings can be used as anticorrosive coatings for various facilities in the deep-sea environment and provide long-term protection.
