摘要
分析了二聚酸改性环氧树脂与传统E-44环氧树脂在物理性能、与固化剂的混容性以及固化漆膜玻璃化温度方面的差异;同时,用二聚酸改性环氧树脂研制高固含量涂料,并与传统的高固含量环氧涂料进行性能对比。结果表明:用二聚酸改性环氧树脂研制的高固含量环氧涂料具有较低的黏度,固化得到的漆膜具有良好的物理机械性能。通过对防腐性能、耐化学品性、耐溶剂性能、与车间底漆的兼容性的测试发现,该高固含量环氧涂料综合性能优异,能够满足重防腐领域的防腐性能要求。
The difference of the physical properties, compatibility with curing agents and glass transition temperature of cured film of dimer acid modified epoxy and traditional E -44 epoxy resin was analyzed. Meanwhile, high solid coating was formulated based on the dimer acid modified epoxy and its properties were compared with traditional epoxy high solid coat- ings. It was found that high solid coatings based on dimer acid modified epoxy exhibited low viscosity and excellent mechanical performance. Furthermore, according to the anticorrosive performance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance and compatibility test with shopprimer, it was concluded that the dimer acid modified epoxy high solid coating presented outstanding comprehensive properties and could meet the demand in heavy- duty field.
