摘要
《针灸大成》作为我国针灸医籍中影响最为深远的著作之一,其权威性和实用性得到了历代大家的认可。书中关于列缺穴的记载颇多,部分篇幅也明确指出列缺穴的重要性,杨继洲对列缺穴的定位、使用方法、以及功能主治和临床运用都进行了详细的介绍。因此对于《针灸大成》中列缺穴的探究,可以为临床提供相关的理论基础和参考指导,并对我国针灸学的发展作出贡献。通过整理《针灸大成》中有关列缺穴的记载,并对其与临床相关的内容进行总结,以指导临床中列缺穴的应用。
The Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustionis one of the most far-reaching works in Chinese medical books of acupuncture and moxibustion,and the authoritativeness and practicality of the book have been recognized by medical experts in past dynasties.In the book,there are many records about the lieque acupoints,part of the length also clearly points out the importance of the lieque acupoints.Yang jizhou introduced the location of the lieque acupoints,the use of methods,as well as the functional treatment and clinical application in detail.Therefore,the research on the listed lieque acupoints in Great Compendium of Acupuncture and Moxibustion can provide relevant theoretical basis and reference guidance for clinical practice,and make contributions to the development of Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion science.In order to guide the application of lieque acupoints in acupuncture and moxibustion,this paper sorted out the records of acupoints in the book and summarized their clinical contents.
