应用盐碱地地下水开展太平洋银鲑循环水养殖试验的研究 被引量:2

An Experimental Study on Cultivating Coho Salmon(Oncorhynchus kisutch)with Saline-alkali Groundwater in a Re-circulating Aquaculture System(RAS)

摘要 为探索适合盐碱地区的三文鱼高效养殖模式,应用室内循环水养殖系统,使用盐碱地下水进行太平洋银鲑鱼的养殖试验研究。结果表明:在40d的养殖期内,2.5万尾太平洋银鲑育苗的平均体重由10±5.27 g增长至33.62±9.72 g,增重率236.20%,平均日增重0.59 g。特定生长率3.03%。鱼苗体重规格较均匀,体重分布符合正态分布,50%体重分布区间为28.47-42.61 g,90%体重分布区间为21.40-42.61 g。鱼苗饵料利用率较高,饵料系数仅0.76。养殖过程仅死亡40尾,存活率99.84%。该阶段的鱼获增量为589 kg。鱼体健康状况良好,无肠炎、肾脏结石等病症发现,养殖水质良好,设备运行无大故障发生。表明应用盐碱地下水室内循环水模式进行银鲑鱼的养殖是可行的。 In order to explore the efficient model of salmon cultivation in saline-alkali area,the indoor recirculating aquaculture system was applied for the experimental research on Pacific silver salmon cultivation.The results showed that the weight of COHO salmon(Oncorhynchus kisutch)(25 thousand individuals)increased from 10 g to 33.62 g within 40 days with a weight gain rate of 236.20%and a daily weight gain of 0.59 g.The specific growth rate was 3.03%.The weight of fish seedlings was uniform and the weight distribution was normal.The feed utilization rate of fish seedlings was high,and the feed coefficient was only 0.76.Only 40 animals died during cultivation,and the survival rate was 99.84%.The fish gain during this stage was 589 kg.The fish body is in good health;no intestinal inflammation,kidney stones and other diseases are found.The water quality of aquaculture is good.No major failure occurs in the operation of equipment.The results showed that it is feasible to use saline-alkali groundwater to cultivate silver salmon in a recirculating aquaculture system.
