摘要
为净化渔业养殖水质,研究了从水产养殖水体及底泥中分离的枯草芽孢杆菌的水质净化作用。结果表明,枯草芽孢杆菌可迅速有效的降低水体中的硝酸盐、亚硝酸盐含量,4 d去除率均达99%以上;可有效降低水体的pH值;对水体中溶氧和硫化物含量的影响较小。枯草芽孢杆菌能够在一定程度上改善养殖水体的水质状况,对模拟养殖水体的水质具有一定的净化作用。
The Bacillus subalis, isolated from the mud and water of shrimp ponds, was studied on purification of stimulant aquaculture wastewater. The results indicated that when the B. subalis was applied in stimulant aquaculture wastewater, the removing rate of nitrite nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen reached above 99 % after four days, pH value obviously decreased, but dissolved oxygen content and S2 - content was changed indistinctively. Therefore, B. subtilis can improve water quality obviously on a certain extent.
