摘要
利用荧光法测定水杨酸片中水杨酸的含量.用甲醇作为水杨酸的溶剂,对溶液的酸碱性、稳定性及其线性范围等条件进行了考察.结果表明,水杨酸含量在(0.387~1.935)×10^-8 mol·L^-1范围内具有良好的线性关,水杨酸片中水杨酸的含量为1.636×10^-8 mol·L^-1.
Useing fluorescence spectrometry to determination the salicylic acid in salicylic acid tablets.Using methanol as a solvent for salicylic acid.The acid alkalinity stability and linear range of solution were investigated.Salicylic acid has a good linear relationship in the range of(0.387~1.935)×10^-8 mol·L^-1.Determination of salicylic acid in salicylic acid tablets by fluorescence was 1.636×10^-8 mol·L^-1.Students have mastered the routine treatment method of drug sample and the basic operation of fluorescence instrument through experiment,further understanding of the qualitative and quantitative principles of deep fluorescence spectrometry.
