摘要
目的采用HPLC法同时测定阿司匹林类药物中阿司匹林的含量和游离水杨酸的限量。方法用1%冰乙酸的乙醇溶液处理供试品,采用Sepax GP-C18色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),0.2%H3PO4水溶液-CH3CN(79∶21)为流动相,流速1.0 m L·min-1,柱温30℃,检测波长303 nm。结果阿司匹林和水杨酸的线性范围分别为0.05~0.60 mg·m L-1(r=0.9993)和1.5~30μg·m L-1(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率分别为97.00%~99.72%和98.25%~99.05(n=4)。结论所用方法简单、准确,可同时测定阿司匹林类药物中阿司匹林的含量和游离水杨酸的限量。
OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of the content of Aspirin and the limit of free salicylic acid in Aspirin type drugs. METHODS The sample was extracted with ethanol solution of 1% acetic acid. The separation was performed on a Sepax GP - C18 column ( 150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile - water of 0.2 phosphoric acid (79 : 21) as a mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL·mL^-1 at 30℃, the detection wavelength was set at 303 nm. RESULTS The linear range of Aspirin and salicylic acid were 0.05 - 0.60 mg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9993 ) and 1.5 - 30μg·mL^-1 ( r = 0. 9999 ) , respectively. The average recoveries of Aspirin and salicylic acid were 97.00% - 99.72% and 98.25 % - 99.05 % ( n = 4), respectively. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate. The content determination of Aspirin and the limit test of free salicylic acid has achieved at the same time in Aspirin type drugs.
