摘要
鼠妇是我国传统医药中一味重要的动物药,载入可以药用的有2种,即普通球鼠妇和粗糙鼠妇。临床上鼠妇主要用于中重度癌痛及术后疼痛的镇痛作用,在抗肿瘤、抗凝血等方面也有较强的生理活性。为鼠妇的进一步深入研究与推广应用提供参考,本文通过对近年的国内外文献整理,对鼠妇的基源、化学成分、药理作用等方面进行了综述。
Armadillidium vulgare has been considered as an important animal drug.Armadillidium vulgare and Porcellio scaber were both considered as medicinal and were used for moderate to severe cancer pain and postoperative pain in clinic.Armadillidium vulgare has also showed many biological activities,such as anti-tumor and anti-coagulation.This study reviewed the researches on Armadillidium vulgare in terms of base resource,compounds and pharmacological action,so as to provide a reference for further research and utilization of the Armadillidium vulgare.
