摘要
验证在眼科实习中使用远程教学和BOPPPS教学法的可行性与价值。选取2023年3—12月在医院实习的100名眼科实习生作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50名。对照组应用传统的眼科教学方法,出科之前由其所在科室组织眼科临床理论考核与操作考核;观察组在对照组的基础上应用远程教学和BOPPPS眼科教学方法干预。观察对比两组眼科实习生的各项临床实践能力考核成绩、眼科临床教学效果、眼科临床教学满意度。结果显示,与对照组相比,观察组各项临床实践能力考核成绩、眼科临床教学效果、眼科临床教学满意度均更佳(P<0.05)。研究发现,将基于远程教学和BOPPPS眼科教学方法应用于眼科实习生带教中,可行性与安全性均较高,可有效提升眼科临床实习生的各项临床实践能力,提高了考核成绩,眼科临床教学效果、眼科临床教学满意度均得到提升。
This study aims to verify the feasibility and value of applying remote teaching combined with the BOPPPS teaching method in ophthalmology internships.A total of 100 ophthalmology interns at the hospital from March to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 interns in each group.The control group received traditional ophthalmology teaching methods,including clinical theory and skill assessments organized by the department before the internship ended.The observation group was additionally intervened with remote teaching combined with the BOPPPS teaching method on the basis of traditional teaching.The clinical practice ability scores,teaching effectiveness,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results showed that the observation group achieved significantly higher scores in clinical practice ability assessments,better teaching effectiveness,and higher teaching satisfaction compared with the control group(P<0.05 for all).The study found that applying the ophthalmology teaching method based on remote teaching and BOPPPS to the teaching of ophthalmology interns is highly feasible and safe,and can effectively improve the assessment scores of various clinical practice abilities,the effect of ophthalmology clinical teaching,and the satisfaction of ophthalmology clinical teaching among ophthalmology clinical interns.
