摘要
目的:探究胰岛素不同给药方式治疗肺结核合并2型糖尿病的临床疗效.方法:将医院收治的120例肺结核合并2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,根据胰岛素给药方式的不同分为两组,对照组患者采取皮下注射,观察组患者应用胰岛素泵进行持续皮下注射,治疗后将两组患者的肺结核疾病治疗指标和血糖水平进行比较.结果:观察组患者的痰菌转阴率和病灶吸收率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者血糖水平改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:采用胰岛素泵皮下注射胰岛素对肺结核合并2型糖尿病进行治疗能够有效提高肺结核治疗效果和改善血糖水平,具有一定的研究价值.
Objective:To explore the different dosage of insulin treatment tuberculosis and the clinical effect of the treatment of type 2 diabetes.Method:120 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis in patients with type 2 diabetes as the research object,according to the different methods of insulin delivery were divided into two groups,control group take the subcutaneous injection,observation group application of insulin pump for continuous subcutaneous injection,the two groups after treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis disease to compare the index and blood sugar levels.Results:observation group absorption rate of sputum bacterium turns shade and lesions were higher than control group(P<0.05),Observation group blood sugar levels to improve the situation was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:using insulin pump subcutaneous insulin injections of pulmonary tuberculosis with type 2 diabetes treatment can effectively improve the effect of tuberculosis treatment and improve blood sugar levels,which has certain research value.
