摘要
复合包装膜的热封性能,不仅影响包装成袋的外观,而且也影响包装对内容物的保护效果。本文从复合包装膜的热封强度、热封温度窗口和气密性三个方面阐述了对复合包装膜的热封性能判定,并从复合包装膜的生产工艺对相应的热封性能影响进行分析和提出改善方法,为复合包装膜的生产方和使用方提供参考。
The thermal heat-sealing property of the composite packaging film not only affects the appearance of the package into a bag,but also affects the protective effect of the packaging on the content.In this paper,the heat-sealing property of the composite packaging film was determined from three aspects of heat-sealing strength,heat-sealing temperature window and gas tightness of the composite packaging film,and the influence of the production process of the composite packaging film on the corresponding heat-sealing property was analyzed and the improvement method was put forward,which provides reference for the manufacturers and users of composite packaging film.
