摘要
本文从病证结合角度出发,系统总结冠心病中医证候诊断标准、中医证候分布特点(包括性别、年龄和地域),以及冠心病中医证候与冠脉造影、炎症因子、血脂水平和表观遗传学方面的相关性。同时,新兴技术和指标的出现为冠心病中医证候研究提供新思路。
Starting from the perspective of the combination of disease and syndrome, this article systematically summarized the diagnostic criteria of TCM syndromes of CHD, the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of CHD(including gender, age and region), and the relationship between TCM syndromes of CHD and coronary angiography, inflammatory factors, blood lipid levels and epigenetics. At the same time, the emergence of new technologies and indicators provide new ideas for the research on TCM syndromes in CHD.
