S250GD+Z镀锌钢带产品点焊开焊原因分析及优化

摘要 通过采用合理成分设计和控轧控冷工艺措施,在满足S250GD+Z镀锌钢带产品性能要求的基础上,找到了满足下游客户点焊工艺、生产和检验需求的生产方法,形成了可批量生产具有良好的成型性能、焊接性等特点的镀锌结构钢,对下游焊接工艺为点焊的产品提供了产品设计方向。 In the article,it is introduced that the production method satisfying the demands of spot welding technology,production and inspection for downstream customers is found through adopting reasonable composition design as well as controlled rolling and controlled cooling technological measures on the basis of meeting the product performances of S250 GD+Z galvanized steel strip.As a result,the manufactured galvanized structural steel could be with batch production and such characteristics as good formability and weldability,which provide product design direction for the downstream spot welding products.
