Application of Composite Powder Zinc Infiltration Process with Different Substrates

摘要 基于不同底材材料对复合粉末渗锌工艺的优化设计进行了深入研究.结果表明:在不同基材及特种车辆工程连接件上,通过优化复合粉末渗锌的工艺参数,将渗锌过程温度精确优化到350℃,保温时间减少至120~150 min,能够达到渗锌层完整均匀,渗锌后硬度不但在要求的范围内,而且波动性小,同时能够实现特种车辆连接件渗锌层厚度15~32μm,渗锌层表面硬度>220HV,与基体结合强度良好;满足端联器中频淬火区在渗锌后的硬度≥HRC45.提高了零部件在恶劣环境下寿命. Based on different substrates,the optimum design of composite powder zinc penetration was studied in depth.The results show that on different substrates and special vehicle engineering connectors,it is concluded that by optimizing the technological parameters of composite powder zinc penetration,the temperature of zinc infiltration process is accurately optimized to 350℃and the holding time is reduced to 120~150 min,which can achieve the complete and uniform zinc infiltration layer.The hardness after zinc infiltration is not only within the required range,but also has little fluctuation.At the same time,the thickness of zinc infiltration layer of special vehicle joints is 15~32μm and the surface of zinc infiltration layer can be realized at hardess>220HV and has a good bonding strength with matrix.It meets the requirement that the frequency quenching zone of end connector is more than HRC45 after zinc infiltration,and enhances the service life of parts in harsh environment.
