血清OPG、RANKL、PDGFs、BMP-2、BMP-7、TGF-β1、bFGF水平与骨折愈合的关系 被引量:7

Relationship between serum OPG,RANKL,PDGFs,BMP-2,BMP-7,TGF-pi and bFGF levels and fracture healing

摘要 目的:探讨血清OPG、RANKL、PDGFs、BMP-2、BMP-7、tGF-β1、bFGF水平与骨折愈合的关系.方法:临床纳入2017年1月-2019年3月在我院接受治疗的骨折患者80例作为观察组,另选择健康体检人群80例患者作为对照组.观察所有研究对象血清OPG、RANKL、PDGFs、BMP-2、BMP-7、tGF-β1、bFGF水平,分析骨折患者血清OPG、RANKL、PDGFs、BMP-2、BMP-7、tGF-β1、bFGF水平与骨折愈合情况的关系.结果:观察组患者骨折后OPG水平急速上升,在患者骨折1周后达到最高值,显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);观察组RANKL水平在骨折后3天达到最高值,显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);骨折愈合期,观察组患者PDGFs水平高于对照组(P<0. 05);骨折后3天,观察组患者BMP-2、BMP-7水平急剧增高,显著高于对照组( P<0. 05),至第7-14天水平逐渐下降,与对照组无差异性(P>0. 05);骨折愈合前期2组患者tGF-β1水平无差异(P>0. 05),骨折愈合中后期,观察组患者tGF-β1水平逐渐递增,尤其后期,水平显著高于对照组(P<0. 05);骨折愈合期观察组患者bFGF水平增高,高于对照组(P<0. 05).结论:骨折愈合期内,血清OPG、RANKL、PDGFs、BMP-2、BMP-7、tGF-β1、bFGF等多种细胞生长因子起到了重要作用. Objective:To explore the relationship between serum OPG,RANKL,PDGFs,BMP-2,BMP-7,TGF-β1 and bFGF levels and fracture healing.Methods:80 patients with fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were included as observation group,and another 80 patients with healthy physical examination were selected as control group.Observed the serum OPG,RANKL,PDGFs,BMP-2,BMP-7,TGF-β1 and bFGF levels of all subjects,and analyzed the relationship between the levels of serum OPG,RANKL,PDGFs,BMP-2,BMP-7,TGF-p i tbFGF and the healing of fracture.Results:The OPG level in the observation group increased rapidly after fracture,and reached the highest value after one week of fracture,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of RANKL in the observation group reached the highest level 3 days after fracture,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).During fracture healing period,PDGFs level in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Three days after fracture,the levels of BMP-2 and BMP-7 in the observation group increased sharply,significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and gradually decreased from 7th day to 14th day,with no difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no difference in the level of TGF-β1 between the two groups in the early stage of fracture healing(P>0.05).In the middle and late stage of fracture healing,the level of TGF-β1 in th observation group increased gradually,especially in the late stage,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The level of bFGF in the observation group was higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:During fracture healing,serum OPG,RANKL,PDGFs,BMP-2,BMP-7,TGF-p i,bFGF and other growth factors might play an important role。
