摘要
针对绞吸挖泥船短排距施工工况,结合CFD数值模拟对泥泵叶轮进行叶片改型优化,在减少叶片数的同时,将圆柱叶片改型为三维扭曲叶片,模拟清水效率达到了83%,与切割叶轮相比,清水效率提高了18%。改型叶轮在福建莆田石门澳疏浚工程中得到应用,“新海鲲”轮泥泵更换改型叶轮后,可以在1.5 km排距下采用双泵串联的方式作业,而且排管无缩口,与采用直径600 mm的缩口施工相比,生产率提升约34.1%,提高了绞吸挖泥船在短排距工况下的生产率。
In view of the short delivery distance condition of the cutter-suction dredge,the mud pump impeller blades were optimized in combination with CFD numerical simulation.While reducing the number of blades,the cylindrical blades were modified to three-dimensional twisted blades,then the water efficiency of dredge pump reached 83%after optimization.The efficiency of dredge pump was increased by 18%compared to that of cutting impeller.The modified impeller was applied in the dredging construction project of Shimenao,Putian,Fujian Province.After the impeller of the“Xinhaikun”dredge pump was replaced by the modified impeller,it could operate in tandem with two pumps running in series at a distance of 1.5 km,and there was no nozzle of discharge pipe.Compared with the 600 mm nozzle of discharge pipe construction,the productivity was improved by about 34.1%,which increases the productivity of the dredger under the condition of short-distance delivery.
