位于舱内的船用离心式泥浆泵工况点的效率 ,国内外产品均大致在 70 %～ 75 %之间 ,75 %已属峰值区 ,业界广为流传的国外泥浆泵的效率已达 85 %以上是不可信的。真正的高效疏浚应该是采用水下泥泵和斗轮联合作业 ,而国内自行研制的主效挖泥船已达到世界先进水平。 2 1世纪开始新建的挖泥船 ,必须是高效和低能耗的 。
At operating condition, the efficiency of marine centrifugal type mudpump located in cabin is approximately 70% to 75% in domestic and abroad.75% already belongs to peak value. It is unauthenic that the efficiency of mudpump has been 85% in abroad. Real high efficiency dredging should be teamwork of underwater dredge pump and bucket wheel. The high efficiency dredgers developed in domestic have reached the world advanced stage. The dredgers newly built in the 21st century must be with high efficiency and low energy consumption. We should set about to design the series of high effiaiency dredgers immediately.
