发达国家为了追求本国资本利益最大化逐渐成为逆全球化的鼓动者,且使逆全球化浪潮愈演愈烈。面对"逆全球化"浪潮的冲击和影响,作为全球最大的发展中国家,中国应该主动积极参与和推动经济全球化进程,构建基于人类命运共同体的"新全球化"方略,推动共商共建共享的"一带一路"建设,推动构建新型世界政治经济新秩序和新型大国关系,继续推进开放发展和高质量经济建设,以"中国方案"参与新一轮全球化规则构建与治理。
in order to pursue the maximization of their own capital interests,developed countries have gradually become the agitators of anti globalization,and the wave of anti globalization has become more and more intense.China is one belt,one road to the world’s largest developing country,and China should take the initiative to actively participate in and promote the process of economic globalization,build a strategy of"new globalization"based on the destiny of mankind,promote the construction of"one belt and one road"and promote the construction of a new world political and economic new order and new major power relations.We will promote open development and high-quality economic construction,and take part in a new round of rules construction and governance of globalization with the"China plan".
