摘要
目的探讨胰高血糖素样肽-1(Glucagon-like peptide-1,GLP-1)类似物利拉鲁肽对高脂血症小鼠脂代谢及氧化应激的影响。方法健康的C57BL/6雄性小鼠32只,分成正常对照组、高脂组、利拉鲁肽组、辛伐他汀组,利拉鲁肽组和辛伐他汀组分别予以相应的药物干预,给药6周后测量体重、血糖,检测血脂、氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)值及血清载脂蛋白E(ApoE)。结果利拉鲁肽干预组与高脂组相比,血清中的甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)降低,ApoE的浓度降低,SoD值升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),MDA值显著降低(P<0.01)。结论利拉鲁肽可以有效改善高脂血症小鼠的体重、血糖、血脂,具有很好的抗氧化应激作用。
Objective To explore the changes of lipid metabolism and oxidation of glucagon-like peptide-1(GLP-1)analogue liraglutide in hyperlipidemic mice.Methods 32 healthy C57BL/6 male mice were randomly divided into normal control group,high-fat group,liraglutide group and simvastatin group,with 8 mice in each group.The mice of liraglutide group was injected intraperitoneally.The simvastatin group was fed with simvastatin.After 6 weeks of administration,body weight,glucose,blood lipid,SOD and MAD values of oxidative stress were measured,and plasma ApoE levels were measured.Results Compared with the highfat group,serum TG,TC and LDL-C were significantly lower in liraglutide group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The levels of SOD in the liraglutide group increased markedly(P<0.05),while the MDA activity decreased significantly(P<0.01).The serum levels of ApoE of the mice in liraglutide group were markedly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Liraglutide can effectively improve the body weight,glucose,blood lipidin hyperlipidemia mice.Liraglutide has a good anti-oxidative stress.
