针刺丰隆和曲池及三阴交穴对高脂血症小鼠血清ET和NO含量的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察针刺穴位对高脂血症小鼠血管内皮保护功能的影响。方法将体重为18~22g的清洁级昆明雄性小鼠120只,饲养于18~22℃明暗各12h的清洁级动物实验室,自由饮水进食,适应性喂养1周后,随机分为正常组(40只)、模型组(40只)、针刺组(20只)和药物组(20只)。采用高脂饮食饲料喂养制备高脂血症小鼠模型。造模成功后,针刺组针刺双侧丰隆、曲池、三阴交穴后接通韩式电针仪,以辛伐他汀为对照药。检测血清一氧化氮(NO)和内皮素(ET)含量。结果第15天检测模型组小鼠血清三酰甘油、胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量均高于正常组(P<0.05);模型组小鼠血清高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇含量均低于正常组低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇,表明造模成功。造模成功后针刺组针刺10d,检测高脂血症小鼠血清ET含量低于模型组高脂血症小鼠血清ET含量(P<0.05);针刺组高脂血症小鼠血清NO含量高于模型组NO含量(P<0.05)。结论针刺丰隆、曲池、三阴交穴可降低高脂血症小鼠血清ET含量,提高NO含量,表明该针刺配穴法具有保护血管内皮功能的作用。 Objective To observe the protective effect of acupuncture points on vascular endothelium in mice with hyperlipemia. Methods 120 male mice (clean animals ), aged 18 - 22g were adaptively fed for one week, after that the mice were randomly divided into 4 groups, normal control group ( n = 40), model group ( n = 40) , acupuncture group ( n = 40 ) and administration group ( n = 40 ). The hyperlipemia models of mice were established by feeding high fat diet. After the animal models with hyperlipemia were successfully established, the mice in acupuncture group were treated by aeupuncturing the points including Fenglong, Sanyinjiao and Quchi, then Han type electro -acupuncture apparatus was put through, however, the mice in administration group were treated with simvastatin by gavage. The serum contents of nitric oxide ( NO ), endothelin ( ET), total cholesterin ( TC ), triglyeeride (TG) ,low density lipoprotein-eholesterin ( LDL-C ), high density lipoprotein-cholesterin ( HDL-C), the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were detected for all the mice in the four groups. Results On the 15th day the serum contents of TC, TG, LDL-C in model group were higher than those in normal control group,however,the serum content of HDL-C in model group was lower than that in normal control group,which indicated that the animal models were successfully established. At 10 days after the models were successfully established, the Contents of ET in acupuncture group were significantly lower than those in model group,however, the contents of NO in acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in model group ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The acupuncture points on Fenglong, Quehi and Sanyinjiao can decrease the serum contents of ET in mice with hyperlipemia and increase the serum contents of No, which suggests that acupuncture points has protective effect on vascular endothelial function.
