五爪金龙挥发油的化学成分与资源化利用分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取新鲜五爪金龙叶片挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术分析挥发油的化学成分,分离出97个色谱峰,鉴定了58个化合物,占挥发油总质量的78.16%,主要化合物为(S)-(+)-3-甲基-2-丁醇、异佛尔酮、反式-3-己烯-1-醇、对伞花烃、(Z)-9-十八烯酸酰胺、顺式-石竹烯。文献资料显示五爪金龙挥发油具有特殊的香气或生物活性,具有一定的应用价值,该研究结果可为五爪金龙的进一步资源化开发和利用提供科学依据。 The volatile oil was extracted from fresh leaves of Ipomoea cairica by steam distillation. The chemical compositions of the essential oil was analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS). In total, 97 peaks were separated and 58 chemical components comprising for 78.16% of the volatile oil were identified. The main chemical components were(+)-3-Methyl-2-butanol, isophorone, 3-Hexen-1-ol,(Z)-, p-cymene, 9-Octadecenamide,(Z)-and cis-Caryophyllene. The results of most of the papers suggested that the volatile oil of Ipomoea cairica had some certain values of its special aroma or biological activity, and the results of the study provided scientific basis for the further utilization and exploitation of Ipomoea cairica.
