摘要
基坑监测的目的是施工安全顺利进行,监测质量的优劣在于能及时有效地进行预警,而预警的准确性来自对监测数据分析及对基坑工况进行了解,监测人员同时要具备岩土知识及施工专业技术(建筑工程管理与实务),只有具备较全面的知识掌控,才能有效进行监测预警。如果仅对监测数据预警指标机械报警,就有可能误报,造成停工或工期延期,增加施工成本,对基坑施工质量、成本、工期十分不利。
The foundation pit monitoring is designed for the safety and smooth of the construction.The quality of monitoring lies in the timely and effective early warning.The accuracy of early warning comes from the analysis on monitoring data and the understanding of foundation pit working conditions.At the same time,the monitoring personnel should also be equipped with geotechnical knowledge and construction technology(construction project management and practice).Only when they have a comprehensive knowledge,can they effectively carry out monitoring and early warning.If the early warning is made only based on the warning indicators of the monitoring data,there may be misreport,which may delay the construction period,increase the construction cost,and affect the construction quality,cost and construction period of the foundation pit.
