摘要
为明确苜蓿在蓟马为害下的抗性机理,本文研究了甘农9号、阿迪娜等13个苜蓿品种在蓟马为害不同时间段内的可溶性蛋白质、脯氨酸(PRO)、丙二醛(MDA)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的变化。结果表明:先行者、甘农9号、WL298HQ对蓟马的为害有较强的抗性,BR4010、MF4020、巨能牧歌、德宝、DS310FY、甘农5号、盐宝的抗性次之,惊喜、柏拉图、阿迪娜对蓟马的为害抗性较弱。
In order to clarify the mechanism of resistance of alfalfa to thrips,this paper studied the effects of thirteen alfalfa varieties,such as Gannong No.9,Adina etc.,on soluble protein,proline(PRO),aldehyde(MDA),phenylalanine ammonia lyase(PAL)and superoxide dismutase(SOD).The results showed that pioneer,Gannong No.9 and WL298 HQ had stronger resistance to the damage of thrips;and the resistance of BR4010,MF4020,Junengmuge,Debao,DS310 FY,Gannong No.5 and Yanbao took the second place;Surprise,Plato and Adina were less resistant to thrips.
