摘要
试验旨在探究外源赤霉素(GA_(3))对不同秋眠级紫花苜蓿农艺性状及饲草产量的影响。试验以新牧4号和赛沃2个紫花苜蓿品种为材料,分别喷施0(CK)、10、20、30和40 mg/L的GA_(3)。结果显示,与CK处理相比,在30 mg/L GA_(3)处理下,新牧4号第1茬干草产量显著提高(P<0.05),第2茬干鲜比和干草产量显著提高(P<0.05),第3茬茎节间数、叶茎比、干鲜比和干草产量显著提高(P<0.05)。在30 mg/L GA_(3)处理下,赛沃第1茬株高、叶茎比和干草产量显著高于CK处理(P<0.05),第2茬分枝数、干鲜比和干草产量显著高于CK处理(P<0.05),第3茬株高、干鲜比和干草产量显著高于CK处理(P<0.05)。30 mg/L GA_(3)处理新牧4号和赛沃的年干草产量分别比CK处理提高了51.19%和41.63%。研究表明,外源GA_(3)喷施能够改善紫花苜蓿的田间农艺性状和干草产量,外源喷洒30 mg/L GA_(3)效果较好。
The study aimed to investigate the effects of exogenous gibberellin(GA_(3))on the agronomic traits and forage yield in alfalfa with different fall dormancy levels.The experiment used two alfalfa varieties,Xinmu No.4 and Saiwo,which were sprayed with 0(CK),10,20,30 and 40 mg/L GA_(3),respectively.The results showed that compared with the CK treatment,under the 30 mg/L GA_(3)treatment,the dry hay yield of the first crop of Xinmu No.4 significantly increased(P<0.05),the dry weight/fresh weight ratio and dry hay yield of the second crop significantly increased(P<0.05),and the number of stem internodes,leaf-stem ratio,dry weight/fresh weight ratio ratio and dry hay yield of the third crop significantly increased(P<0.05).Under the 30 mg/L GA_(3)treatment,the plant height,leaf to stem ratio and dry hay yield of Saiwo in the first crop were significantly higher than those of the CK treatment(P<0.05),the branch number,dry weight/fresh weight ratio and dry hay yield of the second crop were significantly higher than those of the CK treatment(P<0.05),and the plant height,dry weight/fresh weight ratio and dry hay yield of the third crop were significantly higher than those of the CK treatment(P<0.05).The annual dry hay yield of Xinmu No.4 and Saiwo under the 30 mg/L GA_(3)treatment was 51.19%and 41.63%higher than that of the CK treatment,respectively.The study indicates that exogenous application of GA_(3)can improve the field agronomic traits and hay yield of alfalfa,and the effect of spraying 30 mg/L GA_(3)is better.
