3%水泥剂量稳定粒料基层的可行性研究 被引量:10

摘要 为降低沥青路面反射裂缝的发生,减少水泥用量,降低成本,达到节能减排的目的,当基层采用水泥稳定粒料结构时,水泥剂量可直接采用国家规范规定的极限最小值3%,而无需采用常规的5%。本文通过实验获取相关的数据,论证当沥青路面的稳定层设计为水泥稳定粒料结构时,水泥剂量设计为3%,通过适当调整混合料配合比后,其基层的强度和稳定性完全能满足国家规范的要求,并给出水泥剂量为3%时的最佳含水量、最大干密度和最佳配合比。 In order to reduce the occurrence of reflection crack of asphalt pavement,reduce the amount of cement,reduce the cost,and achieve energy saving and emission reduction,when the base adopts cement to stabilize the granule structure,the dosage of cement can directly adopt the limit minimum value set by the national code of 3%,instead of the conventional 5%.This paper obtained the relevant data through the experiment,and demonstrated that when asphalt roadbed stability layer was designed as cement stabilized aggregate structure,the cement dosage was designed to be 3%.Through adjusting the mixture ratio of mixture,the grass-roots strength and stability can completely meet the requirements of national standard.The optimum water content,maximum dry density and optimum mixture ratio were given when the cement dosage was 3%.
