摘要
以6年生芳樟油料林为研究对象,通过二次正交回旋组合设计试验研究N、P、K组合施肥对芳樟油料林叶绿素荧光参数的影响。结果表明:不同N、P、K组合处理能够降低最小初始荧光(F o),提高芳樟暗适应叶片最大荧光(F m)、可变荧光(F v)、原初光能转化效率(F v/F m)、PSⅡ潜在活性(F v/F o)、传递给PSⅡ的电子数量(F m/F o)。N、P、K组合施肥作用提高了芳樟的PSⅡ反应中心的活性、反应还原能力、光合速率、光能转换率和光能利用率。
Taking 6-year-old Cinnamomum camphora oil plantation as the research objects,the effects of N,P and K combined fertilization on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.camphora were studied through a quadrature orthogonal maneuver design experiment.Result shows that:Different N,P and K combinations can reduce the minimum initial fluorescence(F o)and increase the maximum fluorescence(F m),variable fluorescence(F V),primary light energy conversion efficiency(F V/F m),and potential PSⅡactivity(F V/F o)of C.camphora dark adaptation.The number of electrons transferred to PSII(F m/F o).N,P and K combined fertilization promote the activity of PSⅡreaction center,reaction reduction ability,photosynthetic rate,light energy conversion rate&light energy utilization rate of C.camphora.
