摘要
以6年生芳樟油料林(牡丹1号)为研究对象,通过二次正交回旋组合设计试验研究微量元素和有机肥对芳樟油料林的叶绿素荧光参数影响。结果表明:不同微量元素和有机肥处理对芳樟叶绿素荧光参数存在极显著差异影响(P=0.0001)。不同微量元素和有机肥的作用有效提高了芳樟的PSⅡ反应中心的酶的活性、还原能力、光合速率、光能转换率、光能利用效率,促进了芳樟的光合作用。
Taking 6-year-old Cinnamomum camphora‘Mudan No.1’oil forest as the research objects,the effects of trace elements&organic fertilizers on chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.camphora oil forests were studied by quadratic orthogonal cyclotron design experiments.Result shows that:There are significant differences in the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of C.camphora treated with different trace elements&organic fertilizers(P=0.0001).Under the action of different trace elements&organic fertilizers,the enzyme activity,reducing ability,photosynthetic rate,light energy conversion rate,light energy utilization efficiency of C.camphora PSII reaction center are more effectively improved,and the photosynthesis of C.camphora is improved.
