摘要
首先,对数字政府的发展背景进行了概括;然后,总结了目前数字政府标准化建设过程中存在业务系统不互通、数据难以开放共享和数据资源利用水平低等问题;最后,围绕存在问题,从标准化的角度出发,提出了资源整合、统一标准,需求导向、急用先行,部门协同、全面推进,注重实效、狠抓落实等政策建议,以期对数字化政府标准化建设有所裨益。
Firstly, the development background of digital government is generalized. Then, the existing problems in the process of standardization construction of digital government, such as non-interoperability of operational systems, the difficulty of data opening and sharing, and the low level of data resource utilization, are summarized. Finally, around the existing problems,from the perspective of standardization, some policy recommendations such as resource integration, unified standards, demand-oriented, urgent use first, department coordination, comprehensive advancement, paying attention to actual results and paying close attention to implementation are put forward, hoping to benefit the construction of digital government standards.
