摘要
王亿平教授在长期的高血压肾病临床诊疗过程中根据其发病机制,主张该病应从早、后期两阶段进行论治。早期应围绕肝肾虚损,风阳升动,治以滋水涵木;后期累及于脾,治以培土固元;病程中均有络脉血瘀,应兼顾化瘀之法。当病程进入肾功能不全阶段,可联合中药制剂保留灌肠,延缓肾功能衰竭,改善患者症状。
Professor Wang Yiping advocated that hypertensive nephropathy should be treated from the early and late stages according to its pathogenesis in the long-term clinical diagnosis and treatment.In the early stage,the deficiency of liver and kidney,the rise of wind and yang,the treatment should be nourishing water and culverting wood;in the late stage,the spleen should be involved,the soil should be strengthened and the yuan should be strengthened;there are collaterals and blood stasis,and the method of removing blood stasis should be taken into account.When the disease enters the stage of renal insufficiency,retention enema with Huangling Jiedu Xiezhuo Granule can delay renal function and improve the symptoms of patients.
