摘要
文章针对常规的支吊架检验与调整提出了一种全新的技术方案,该技术是利用模拟分析软件计算设计工况管道状态参数值,结合在线状态监测系统分析运行中的管道系统状态采集数据,对标开展风险分析,找出危险点,有针对性的开展检修工作。该技术解决了支吊架检验过程中的过量检修、检修不足、检修无针对性等问题,经济高效,且为电力行业提供了一套高温金属管道状态实时监控系统,具有很强的推广价值。
This paper puts forward a new technical scheme for the inspection and adjustment of conventional supports and hangers,which uses the simulation analysis software to calculate the pipeline state parameters under the design conditions.Based on the on-line condition monitoring system,this paper analyzes the pipeline system state collection data in operation,carries out risk analysis to the standard,finds out dangerous points,and carries out targeted maintenance work.This technology solves the problems of excessive maintenance,insufficient maintenance and lack of pertinence in the inspection process of supports and hangers,so it is economical and efficient,and provides a set of real-time monitoring system for the state of high-temperature metal pipelines for the power industry,which has a strong value of popularization.
