摘要
针对某电厂8号机组四大管道支吊架进行冷、热态检查后发现主蒸汽管道下沉、弹簧吊架普遍完全压死的现象,在分析其中的原因及对管道应力校核计算结果分析的基础上,提出调整方案即替换4组弹簧吊架为刚性吊架,提高了管道的刚度,增加了管道的稳定性;改造施工调整后,主蒸汽管道热膨胀和支吊架状态正常,满足锅炉安全运行的要求。
Upon cold and hot state inspection on support-hangers of the four major pipes in Units 8 of some power plant, it was found that the spring hangers were compressed to utmost position due to the subsidence of the main stream pipe. Subsidence causes were analyzed and adjustment method was presented based on piping stress analysis. Four spring hangers were replaced by four rigid hangers to enhance the strength and stability of the pipe. After adjustment, main stream piping thermal expansion and all hangers were restored to normal state and the demand of boiler safety operation was met.
