摘要
目的观察自拟补气活血中药免煎颗粒剂联合头电针治疗急性缺血性脑卒中(ACIS)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机制。方法86例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各43例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组除对照组治疗外给予自拟补气活血中药免煎颗粒剂联合头电针进行治疗;两组治疗均7 d为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果两组治疗后血清中超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平与治疗前比较均降低(均P<0.01),且观察组各项指标降低程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。治疗后两组全血黏度高切(WBV-H)、全血黏度低切(WBV-L)、红细胞比容(HCT)、纤维蛋白原(Fbg)水平均低于治疗前(均P<0.05),且观察组各项指标降低程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后CSS评分与BI评分与治疗前比较均改善(均P<0.01),且观察组各项评分改善程度均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为90.70%,高于对照组的72.09%(P<0.05)。观察组基本痊愈率为34.88%,高于对照组的13.95%(P<0.01)。结论采用自拟补气活血中药免煎颗粒剂联合头电针治疗ACIS临床疗效显著,且能够有效降低患者血清中hs-CRP、TNF-α、IL-6的表达水平。
Objective:To discuss the effects of Self-made Buqi Huoxue Decoction Free Granules combined with scalp electroacupuncture on acute ischemic stroke.Methods:86 patients with ACIS were divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each.The control group was treated with comprehensive Western medicine;on this basis,the observation group was treated by adding Self-made Buqi Huoxue Decoction Free Granules combined with scalp electroacupuncture.A course of treatment for 7 days.These patient were treated by 2 courses.Results:Compared with before treatment,the indices of hemodynamics,in cluding hs-CRP,TNF-α,IL-6 in the two groups were decreased in different degrees(P<0.05),and that in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).The levels of serum inflammatory factors,CSS scores and BI scores in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and those in the observation group was better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The clinical comprehensive effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of recovery,the observation group was much better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Self-made Buqi Huoxue Decoction Free Granules combined with scalp electroacupuncture has a significant effect on acute ischemic stroke.It can effectively reduce the expression level of hs-CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in patients′serums.
