摘要
基于故障树分析方法,建立了机械密封故障与失效故障树,并结合专家经验法和模糊数学理论,定量计算出在低频事件中的机械密封故障树基本事件失效模糊概率;利用Semanderes算法求取故障树最小割集,获得机械密封故障树基本事件结构重要度和概率模糊重要度;给出故障与失效后果严重度评价标准,得到机械密封结构件的故障与失效危害度;依据危害度,制定机械密封运行维护的策略。该方法旨在解决在大量缺失或很难获得机械密封故障与失效统计数据时,为机械密封的研究和工程应用提供一种方法参考。
Based on the fault tree analysis method,the fault tree and failure tree of mechanical seals was established.By combining expert experience method and fuzzy set theory,the failure fuzzy probability of basic events of mechanical seals fault tree in low frequency events was calculated quantitatively.Semanderes algorithm was used to obtain the minimum cut set of fault tree.The structural importance and fuzzy probabilistic importance of basic events of fault tree of mechanical seals were obtained.The evaluation criteria of the severity of fault and failure consequence were given,and the fault and failure hazard degree of mechanical seals were obtained.The operation and maintenance strategies of mechanical seals were formulated according to the hazard degree.The purpose of this method is to provide a method reference for the research and engineering application of mechanical seals when it is difficult to obtain statistical data of mechanical seal fault and failure.
