基于故障树分析的电力变压器故障诊断 被引量:6

摘要 电力变压器是发电厂和变电站的重要设备,是电力系统的重要枢纽。其性能的好坏直接影响到电力系统的可靠性和稳定性。本文根据故障类型总结了电力变压器最易出现故障的铁心、绕组、绝缘油、有载开关四部分,采用油色谱分析和红外诊断判据设置电力变压器运行状态,最后根据电力需求进行分析变压器的故障诊断,基于故障树法分析导致电力变压器故障的因素,并建立评估电力变压器状态的指标体系,更有利于运行人员了解变压器的状况,合理安排检修维护计划。 Power transformer is not only an important equipment of power plant and substation,but also an important hub of the power system.To note,the performance of the power transformer directly affects the reliability and stability of the power system.This study summarized fault types are summarized in this paper,based on electric power transformer fault is seen most of core and winding,insulating oil,on-load switch four parts,the oil chromatographic analysis and infrared diagnosis criterion set power transformer running state,analyzes according to the demand for power transformer fault diagnosis,based on the fault tree analysis within power transformer fault factors,this study establishes the evaluation index system of the state of the power transformer,which remains more conducive to operating personnel to understand the status of the transformer,and to arrange reasonable arrangement of maintenance plan.
