摘要 目的探讨支气管动脉CT血管造影(CTA)在肺部大咯血介入栓塞治疗中的应用。方法选取本院收治的大咯血拟行介入栓塞治疗患者23例作为研究对象,术前均给予支气管动脉CTA检查,明确出血动脉后行介入栓塞治疗。1周后进行支气管动脉CTA复查。结果23例患者行支气管动脉CTA检查,共发现咯血动脉47支,介入栓塞手术时共发现咯血动脉51支,并成功给予介入栓塞治疗。术前支气管CTA检查诊断准确率为92.16%,再次检查结果显示介入栓塞效果良好。结论支气管动脉CTA检查能够明确大咯血患者的出血动脉,为介入栓塞治疗提供诊断依据,术后检查可有效评估疗效。数据要改一下。 Objective To explore the application effect of bronchial artery CT angiography(CTA) in treatment of interventional embolization of bronchiectasis with massive hemoptysis. Methods 23 cases of patients with lungs massive hemoptysis underwent interventional embolization in our hospital were selected as the study objects. All the patients were given bronchial CTA examination, and interventional embolization therapy was given after hemorrhage artery confirmed, then bronchial artery CTA review was undergoing after a week. Results Among 23 cases of patients, there were 47 branches artery found in hemoptysis artery, and 51 branches artery found at the time of interventional embolization, then interventional embolization was successfully performed. The accuracy rate was 92.16% of preoperative CTA examination. The second results showed the effect was good of interventional embolization therapy. Conclusion Bronchial artery CTA examination can confirm hemorrhage artery of patients with massive hemoptysis, and provide diagnosis basis for interventional embolization therapy. Postoperative examination can effectively evaluate the efficacy.
