摘要
随着高职学生构成的多元化,课程体系的改革需要逐步深化。以客户关系管理课程为例,依托BOPPPS教学模式,针对当前课程教学内容脱节、教学方法与考核不合理等问题,提出应基于职业岗位设计教学内容、优化教学设计、注重过程性考核等建议,以期进一步提升高职类课程的整体教学效果。
With the diversification of the composition of higher vocational students,the reform of the curriculum system needs to be deepened gradually.Taking the course of customer relationship management as an example,relying on the teaching mode of BOPPPS,aiming at the problems such as disjointed teaching contents,unreasonable teaching methods and assessment,etc.,some suggestions are put forward,such as teaching content design,teaching design optimization and process assessment,in order to improve the overall teaching effect of higher vocational courses.
