摘要
《国际货运代理》作为高职物流管理专业的核心课程,对学生货代职业岗位能力培养和职业素质养成起主要支撑作用,但是该课程教学模式、教学组织、教材体系未能紧贴职业岗位能力需求。基于国际货运代理人员六项职业岗位能力需求,重新定位教学目标,教学过程中应构建以工作为导向的知识体系、进行一体化的教学设计、创新考核机制。
International freight forwarders as the core curricu- lum of the major of logistics management in higher vocational education plays a major supporting role on occupation compe- tence cultivation and occupation quality euhivation for students of freight forwarding. But teaching mode, teaching organization, and teaching material system are failed to close to the occu- pation competence demand. Based on international freight for- warding agency personnel six occupation post ability require- ments, the teaching goal is repositioned and teaching process should be constructed with the job oriedted knowledge system, integrated teaching design and innovation evaluation system.
