摘要
目的了解河南省部分癫痫患儿家长对用药安全知识掌握情况,为开展癫痫患儿用药安全健康教育提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的形式对2019年7月在河南省儿童医院和郑州大学第一附属医院门诊就诊及住院治疗的癫痫患儿家长336名进行问卷调查,由培训后的专业人员负责进行,内容包括家长及患儿基本情况、用药习惯和态度、用药安全意识及抗生素类药物使用知识。结果回收问卷320份,其中有效问卷314份,有效率98.1%,66名(21%)家长给患儿口服给药中选择果汁或牛奶,87名(27.7%)家长选择糖水;104名(33.1%)家长在患儿病情好转选择马上给患儿停药;126名(40.1%)家长认为两种或两种以上抗生素类药物合用效果更佳,178名(56.7%)家长会在患儿感冒、发烧时给其服用抗生素类药物,且254名(80.9%)家长对抗生素类药物的不良反应表示不了解。结论调查中的河南省部分癫痫患儿家长安全用药知识(254名,80.9%)仍不足,不规范用药行为较多;应加强地方癫痫医疗专业人员对患儿及家长进行指导和监护。
Objective To investigate the knowledge of drug safety among parents of some children with epilepsy in Henan Province,and to provide a basic advice for drug safety and health education for children with epilepsy.s Method Using a questionnaire to parents of epilepsy children from the Children’s Hospital in Henan Province and the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University in July 2019,a total of 336 questionnaire were conducted by the professionals responsible for after the training,including parents and children basic situation,drug habits and attitudes,medication safety consciousness and antibiotic drug use knowledge.Results 320 questionnaire were collected,314 of which were valid questionnaires,with an effective rate of 98.1%.66(21%)of parents chose juice or milk for oral administration,and 87(27.7%)of parents chose sugar water.104(33.1%)of the parents chose to stop the medication immediately after the child’s condition improved.126(40.1%)of parents believe that combination of two or more antibiotics is more effective,178(56.7%)of parents will give their children antibiotics when they have a cold or fever,and more than 254(80%)of parents are not aware of adverse reactions to antibiotics.Conclusion In the investigation,the parents of children with epilepsy in Henan Province still have insufficient knowledge of safe drug use,and there are many non-standard drug use behaviors.Local medical professionals for epilepsy should be strengthened to guide and monitor the children and their parents.
