医用X光机运动定位方法

摘要 医用X光机在实际工作时,需要准确定位到其运动部件在运动轨迹上的位置,部件位置的定位精度,直接影响医用X光机的摆位准确性,进而影响拍摄图像的质量。主要通过高精度加速度传感器,配合运动轨迹中固定位置处光电开关和运动轴的电机电流,计算运动部件的实时位置。固定位置处的光电开关可以有效消除加速度定位法的累计误差,光电开关的数量根据运动行程的长短及定位精度的需求确定。利用电机电流变化情况对加速度值进行补偿,可以有效提高计算精度。通过本方法,可以保证运动定位精度,同时易于安装。当同一运动部件可以多轴运动时,通过一个多轴加速度传感器,便可获得位置定位结果,节省成本和安装空间。 When medical X-ray machine is working in practice,it is necessary to locate its moving parts accurately on the trajectory.The positioning accuracy of components directly affects the positioning accuracy of medical X-ray machine,and then affects the quality of the photographed image.This paper mainly calculates the real-time position of moving parts by means of high-precision accelerometer,combined with the electromechanical current of the photoelectric switch and the moving shaft at the fixed position in the moving track.The accumulative error of acceleration positioning method can be effectively eliminated by the photoelectric switch at the fixed position.The number of photoelectric switches is determined according to the length of travel and the need of positioning accuracy.The calculation accuracy can be effectively improved by compensating the acceleration value with the change of motor current.The method can ensure the accuracy of motion positioning and is easy to install.When the same moving part can move in multi-axes,the location result can be obtained through a multi-axes acceleration sensor,which saves the cost and installation space.
